We want every visitor to be able to use this site to research mortgage options, run scenarios, and contact us. We design and build with that goal in mind, and we keep working on it as the site evolves.

We are actively improving accessibility across the site. That work is ongoing rather than a one-time project — when we ship new pages or features, we look at keyboard support, screen reader behavior, color contrast, form labels, and focus handling, and we fix issues as we find them.

We do not claim that the site is perfectly accessible or that it meets every requirement of every standard. We do try to follow widely-used guidance such as WCAG 2.1 AA as a target, and we treat reported barriers as priority work.
